  6. You need 2 tsp of dry mustard powder.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  8. You need 1 tsp of ground cumin.
  9. You need 1/8 tsp of black pepper.
  10. You need 4 racks (1 1/2 lb.) of each) baby back pork ribs.
